- For measurements over long distances or doing indirect measurements we
recommend to use one of the following accessories:
31
32
33
34
- Carpenter: Needs to know the exact inclination of the roof for follow up
work like doing the isolation
- à With the 360° inclination sensor you can measure
inclinations accurate by +/- 0.1° in all positions, like e.g. overhead
35
- Fire brigade: Needs to know the height at a building in order to get the
right ladder and position it correctly
- à With the indirect height measurement you can easily and
quickly make such measurements. You will save time which might save
lifes.
36
- Landscaper: Needs to know the height of a tree for checking the space
before cutting it down.
- à With the indirect height measurement you can measure heights
even one point is not reflective for laser measurement
37
- Surveyor: Needs to add a building into a map he is taking up with a GPS
system.
- à With measuring distance and angle at once and transferring
the data via Bluetooth® a surveyor can measure up points that are not
accessible with a GPS system (hidden points). The transfer with
Bluetooth® will ensure that no mistakes are done when writing down.
38
- Window maker: Needs to measure up exactly before going in production.
- à With the Leica DISTO™ D8 you can transfer data to an Excel®
form from any measurement like e.g. distances, angles, max. tracking, …
39
- Property manager: Needs to measure up an appartment.
- à Measure up and just send all data into a PC (laptop, tablet
PC, UMPC) or Pocket PC. You can prevent expensive errors when e.g.
twisting digits during writing down data.
