Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times do not include the amount of time it takes to process an order before it is given to the shipping carrier. Most orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. We strive to ship orders the same day if they are received prior to 5pm EST. Expedited orders will ship according to the method you select at checkout. Flat rate shipment options will usually ship UPS Ground or similar, but may be shipped by the method determined best by Global Web Supply, LLC. Tracking numbers for shipments if applicable are available after we process our end of day shipment. You may access tracking numbers for your order by logging into your account. Most all orders will receive an email with the tracking information on shipment as well. All Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the consumer. Special and promotional shipping options including free next day, free second day, and flat rate options are available only when order is being shipped to the United States and Candada.

Returns & Replacements
With any product we sell, if you are unsatisfied you can return it within 30 days.
To initiate a product return you MUST contact: or call 888-560-1744 for a return authorization (RMA number)

All product returns must be initiated within thirty days from the date the product was received. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect with the product. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Original order shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be received back into our warehouse within two weeks of receipt of your RMA number to qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition including:

- Packaging
- Documentation
- Warranty cards and manuals
- Accessories

Returned items must be unused and unopend to qualify for a full refund. Processing may take up to two weeks after we receive the items to process your refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
We accept orders online right from our website, over the phone with customer service, and mail / fax purchase orders to government and education providers.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We strive to keep our prices low and competitive. We may occasionally offer sales or discounts on specific or all items. If you find a published price better than ours anywhere in the United States or Canada, we will match or beat that price.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, E-checks, Check/Money Orders, and pre-approved Purchase Orders from schools or government offices. Sale prices are subject to change at any time. Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

Discounted items DO NOT RECEIVE FREE LASER GLASSES, TRUE ANGLE TOOLS, OR FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING. Discounted items are shipped UPS Ground or Priority Mail unless you select and purchase expedited shipping during checkout. By using the coupon code you are not entitled to receive the free gifts or promotional items associated to a item purchased at full price.
Viewing Orders
All orders are sent a copy of their order details to the email address provided at checkout. Users who created an account at checkout may also log in to their account and select the "My Orders" link to view their complete order history and status.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by logging in to your account and clicking the "My Account" link. This includes stored addresses.
